• Project managed the initial relocation and ongoing expansion of the company’s textile collection, processing and reprocessing operations.

• Created and managed procurement tender submissions for new contracts leading to gaining new collection contracts for Kent County Council and Norfolk County Council.

• Created the company’s successful submissions to the London Recycling Fund (LRF) and London Waste and Recycling Board (LWaRB).

• Assisted in the creation of new textile waste containers for public use.

Created all current health and safety and fire risk assessments and method statements.
